As Partner & Customer Success Manager - International you are in a key role in growing our business in the International market and you will be part of the core client service team. Reporting to Head of Support, the CSMI will work along with the International team and be responsible for growing the partner channel revenue and assist key clients from different markets with onboarding and optimization. Nosto partners with a wide range of players in the e-commerce field, including digital agencies, e-commerce platform vendors, software integrators, consulting houses, email service providers and payment service providers. The position is based in Berlin.  


  • Work close with our Partner, Customer Success and Support team across all the offices to share best practices and develop the partner program and global partner relationships
  • Recruit and manage key industry partners from System Integrators (SI) to technology partners.
  • Generate new business in our sweet-spot through the partner channel
  • Clearly communicate partner feedback and requirements to the Partner team in other markets and senior management team
  • Constantly optimize key accounts to make sure they receive the optimal setup
  • Fully understand the Nosto Recommendation and Personalization Solution technically and from a business perspective
  • Understand business needs of our customer and deploy solution to the fullest satisfaction of the customer


  • Proven ability to pursue and close new partnerships within the ecommerce industry
  • Proven ability to generate new business from partners
  • Very outgoing personality
  • Knowledge about Magento and other major ecommerce platforms
  • HTML, CSS, Javascript knowledge is a plus
  • Mandatory e-Commerce knowledge
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Portuguese is a strong advantage
